  • UBUC provides at-home self-collection health test kits.

  • The kits allow you to collect your sample safely at home.

  • All samples are tested only in NABL-accredited partner labs to ensure accuracy and reliability.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • You must ensure the kit is used only as instructed. Misuse of the kit is your sole responsibility.

  • UBUC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect sample collection, storage, or delays in sending the sample to the lab.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through the official UBUC website or authorized partners.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • UBUC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect payment details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery and only if the kit is unused and unopened.

  • Used kits, opened kits, or kits handed over to the delivery partner after opening are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • UBUC values your privacy. All personal and health data is handled according to our Privacy Policy UBUC.

  • Test results are shared only with the customer through secure channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Results are based on the accuracy of the collected sample.

  • UBUC is not a substitute for a doctor’s consultation and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
